Meet The Author

Lesson: Literacy

Class: Year One Year: 2023 - 2024

In year one this half term we had a visit from Claire and Emma author and illustrator of the book ‘Puddling’. The book was selected as one of the books for our Sheffield Children’s Book Award’s in October.

During the visit the children enjoyed listening to the Author Claire reading the story and illustrator Emma illustrating for us. We acted the story and made sounds to go with each page. We also designed and illustrated our own front cover.
