This half term, Y1 are learning all about our senses. In this lesson, we were focussing on sound. We know that sound creates invisible waves called vibrations which go into our ears and allows us to hear things.

We conducted an experiment to see how this works. By creating noise around grains of salt, we could see the vibrations bouncing the salt in the air.
