Y5 Growing Project: tomatoes

Y5 are growing tomatoes.  We planted the seeds the first week back after the Easter holidays. They took a while to grow on our windowsill. They had a sunny spot and we watered them daily.

We then repotted them when they were big and strong enough. The plants eventually went outside to acclimatise.
